The exterior buildout of the Fat Cat Suite, Edison Food Park Development at 5216 W. Okanogan Place, Kennewick has been completed. Interior work will follow.

The new building is approximately 4,621 square feet. Its exterior was designed to match with the existing Fat Cat Suites building.

JayDay Cafe & Boba and Spudnut Shop will both be tenants in the new space, leaving 1,317 square feet available for a third tenant.

The project cost $2 million, including land.

Hummel Construction is the general contractor.

MMEC was the architect.
