Hummel Construction is the general contractor.

MMEC Architects, Trachte Building Systems and Knutzen Engineering did the design work.

W-5 Investments LLC, a small family business with some members who live in Richland, is the owner.

“We are a small family business. (This) is our first and only location. We hope to expand and grow the business. We are not a large REIT (real estate investment trust). We are here to serve and help the customer. We desire to treat our customer as we want to be treated,” the company said in a statement.

Regular office hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

Rent online, pay online, call, text, email or come into the office. Boxes, locks, dust covers and tape are for sale.
