RMM Group LLC has finished construction on Terrace Heights Apartments at 6701 W. Argent Road, Pasco.

The 73,000-square-foot building has four stories and an elevator. The apartment complex includes dedicated workout rooms for cardio and weights, a yoga and meditation room, and a media and recreation room.

The property also includes a dog park.

Prodigy Property Management is handling the leasing for the apartments.

The project cost approximately $13 million.

RM Construction & Interior Design Inc. is the general contractor.

Veritone Architect originally designed the project, which was completed by Baker Architects.
