Paul Emerson Perkins, 65, of Kennewick, died July 3 in Richland.

He was born in Santa Monica, California, and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years.

He was disabled.

Robert E. Green

Robert Elwin Green, 86, of Kennewick, died July 27 in Kennewick.

He was born in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and lived in the Tri-City area for 76 years.

He worked as a retired engineer for Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPS).

Carl D. Petty 

Carl D. Petty, 96, of Kennewick, died July 27 in Kennewick.

He was born in Chanute, Kansas, and lived in the Tri-City area for 46 years.

He was a retired palletizer for Lamb Weston.

Linda K. Sinclair

Linda K. Sinclair, 80, of Kennewick, died July 27 in Kennewick.

She was born in Wenatchee and lived in Kennewick for 58 years.

She was a homemaker.

Ruben “Ben” Pangelinan

Ruben “Ben” Edward Pangelinan, 50, of Richland, died July 27 in Richland.

He was born in Denver, Colorado, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 29 years.

He was a laborer.

Joan Osborne, 91, of Kennewick, died July 27 in Kennewick.

She was born in Dudley, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 73 years.

She was a retired owner/operator.

Yvonne Towner

Yvonne Towner, 84, of Kennewick, died July 28 in Kennewick.

She was born in Houston, Texas, and lived in Kennewick for 34 years.

She was a retired owner of a conference planning company.

Anna Narinsky

Anna Narinsky, 78, of Kennewick, died July 29 in Richland.

She was born in Bobruisk, Belarus, and lived in Kennewick for three years.

She was a retired bookkeeper.
