Washington’s new sales tax on services faces a second lawsuit that could undercut the state’s moves to bring in hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.
Overturf Kia’s new 30,000-square-foot Pasco showroom and offices at 9575 St. Thomas Drive opened in mid-June, but it is still not totally finished as some special features and furniture are still coming.
The state can file lawsuits against people or businesses that do not pay taxes and then get a judgment against property that person or business owns. Judgments are filed in Benton-Franklin Superior Court. The following is from the Franklin County Superior Court Clerk’s Office.
