Senior Times

Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911.  

Tuesday, Jan. 6: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, peas and onions.

Wednesday, Jan. 7: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad.

Thursday, Jan. 8: Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw.

Friday, Jan. 9: Chicken parmesan casserole, cauliflower with red peppers.

Monday, Jan. 12: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Normandy vegetables.

Tuesday, Jan. 13: Lemon pepper cod, fluffy rice, green peas.

Wednesday, Jan. 14: Barbecue chicken, roasted carrots, potato salad, cornbread.

Thursday, Jan. 15: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, Jan. 16: Arroz con pollo (chicken and rice), squash medley, breadstick.

Monday, Jan. 19: Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Tuesday, Jan. 20: Smothered pork bites, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, Jan. 21: Beef lasagna, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad, breadstick.

Thursday, Jan. 22: Chicken fajitas, rice and beans, flour tortilla.

Friday, Jan. 23: Sloppy Joes, mixed vegetables.

Monday, Jan. 26: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, broccoli.

Tuesday, Jan. 27: Dijon chicken, sweet potato mash, seasoned beets.

Wednesday, Jan. 28: Sweet and sour pork, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables, poke cake.

Thursday, Jan. 29: Hamburger, baked beans, apple cabbage slaw.

Friday, Jan. 30: Turkey tetrazzini, squash medley, tossed salad.

  • Pasco First Avenue Center, 505 N. First Ave. 
  • Pasco Ray Pfleuger Center, 253 W. Margaret St. 
  • Prosser Community Center, 1231 Dudley Ave. 
  • Meals on Wheels Cafe, 1834 Fowler St., Richland. No reservations required at this site.
