Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.). Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older. 

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911.   

Wednesday, Oct. 1: Three bean chili, chuckwagon corn, cornbread.

Thursday, Oct. 2: Breaded chicken, sandwich and fixings, corn chowder, broccoli salad. 

Friday, Oct. 3: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, country vegetables, three bean salad. 

Monday, Oct. 6: Chicken alfredo, Italian vegetables, breadstick. 

Tuesday, Oct. 7: Harvest apple pork, mashed sweet potatoes, seasoned beets. 

Wednesday, Oct. 8: Chili, mixed vegetables, cornbread. 

Thursday, Oct. 9: Chicken and rice casserole, green beans. 

Friday, Oct. 10: Tuna noodle casserole, lyonnaise carrots, berry crisp. 

Monday, Oct. 13: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, garden vegetables. 

Tuesday, Oct. 14: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, peas and onions. 

Wednesday, Oct. 15: Turkey & rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad. 

Thursday, Oct. 16: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream. 

Friday, Oct. 17: Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw. 

Monday, Oct. 20: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Normandy vegetables, cookie. 

Tuesday, Oct. 21: Lemon pepper cod, fluffy rice, green peas. 

Wednesday, Oct. 22: Barbecue chicken, roasted carrots, potato salad, cornbread. 

Thursday, Oct. 23: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll. 

Friday, Oct. 24: Beef stir fry, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables, tossed salad. 

Monday, Oct. 27: Herbed chicken, mushroom gravy, au gratin potatoes, tossed salad, yogurt and berries. 

Tuesday, Oct. 28: Smothered pork, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables. 

Wednesday, Oct. 29: Beef lasagna, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad, breadstick. 

Thursday, Oct. 30: Chicken fajitas, rice and beans, flour tortilla. 

Friday, Oct. 31: Sloppy joes, mixed vegetables, coleslaw.

  • Richland Community Center, 500 Amon Park Drive.  

  • Benton City Desert Rose Complex, 510 14th St.   

  • Pasco First Avenue Center, 505 N. First Ave.  

  • Pasco Ray Pfleuger Center, 253 W. Margaret St.  

  • Prosser Community Center, 1231 Dudley Ave.  

  • Connell Community Center, 211 E. Elm St.  

  • Meals on Wheels Cafe, 1834 Fowler St., Richland. No reservations required at this site.
