Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.). Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.  

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911. 

Wednesday, Sept. 4: Macaroni and cheese, sausage patty, garden vegetable, tossed salad.

Thursday, Sept. 5: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad.

Friday, Sept. 6: Cheese and beef pasta, green beans, tossed salad, breadstick.

Monday, Sept. 9: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Normandy vegetables.

Tuesday, Sept. 10: Apple pork chop, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, Sept. 11: Teriyaki chicken, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables.

Thursday, Sept. 12: Beef tacos, rice and beans, salsa and sour cream.

Friday, Sept. 13: Chicken salad sandwich, pea and cheese salad.

Monday, Sept. 16: Barbecue chicken, roasted carrots, potato salad, cornbread.

Tuesday, Sept. 17: Beef stroganoff, garlic noodles, green beans.

Wednesday, Sept. 18: Chef salad with ranch dressing, wheat roll, pineapple.

Thursday, Sept. 19: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, Sept. 20: Chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, black beans, Mexican coleslaw.

Monday, Sept. 23: Turkey tetrazzini, green peas, tossed salad.

Tuesday, Sept. 24: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, peas and onions.

Wednesday, Sept. 25: Sloppy joes, mixed vegetables, coleslaw.

Thursday, Sept. 26: Roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed beets.

Friday, Sept. 27: Tuna pasta salad, broccoli salad, crackers.

Monday, Sept. 30: Spaghetti and meat sauce, green beans, breadstick.

---Kennewick Community Center, 500 S. Auburn St.  

---Richland Community Center, 500 Amon Park Drive. 

---Benton City Desert Rose Complex, 510 14th St.  

---Pasco First Avenue Center, 505 N. First Ave. 

---Pasco Ray Pfleuger Center, 253 W. Margaret St. 

---Prosser Community Center, 1231 Dudley Ave. 

---Connell Community Center, 211 E. Elm St. 

---Meals on Wheels Cafe, 1834 Fowler St., Richland. No reservations required at this site.
