The Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities annual Parade of Homes event returns in September, and tickets are now on sale for the accompanying Chefs on Parade event.

Nine new homes, ranging from 1,571 to 4,700 square feet and spread across Richland, Kennewick and Pasco, will be on display starting Sept. 6.

The popular event attracts curious visitors who enjoy exploring the newly constructed homes. They delight in opening cabinets, closets and doors, tracing their fingers along sleek countertops, and admiring the views, decor and other unique design touches.

“All of our participating builders have truly brought their A-game this year. The homes are diverse in size, style and even location. I encourage you to visit them all,” said Jason Wilkinson, president of the Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities, in a welcome message included in the 2025 Parade of Home magazine.

Parade of Homes runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 6, 7, 13 and 14, and from 1-7 p.m. Sept. 10. Tickets are $10 each and go on sale Sept. 1. They’re available at Circle K gas stations in the area.

The paradeofhomestricities.com website also goes live on Sept. 1 with the list of this year’s homes and their builders, driving directions and photos of the homes.

Chefs on Parade

For those looking for a culinary feast as well as a visual one, Chefs on Parade will be hosted at six of the participating homes this year. From 5-9 p.m. Sept. 11, chefs from across the Tri-Cities will take center stage at the homes.

Doggie Style Gourmet, Frost Me Sweet, Pie Sharks, Public House 255, Soi 705 and Tsunami Catering will be serving up signature dishes at the homes during this 21-and-older event. The locations also will have samples from local wineries on hand.

Those who visit all six can vote for their favorite chef to be named People’s Favorite Chef on Parade. Each ticket will have a suggested starting point to help mitigate traffic, but attendees can visit homes in any order they choose.

Ticket information

Tickets for Chefs on Parade are $40 each and can be bought online at hbatc.com. Chefs on Parade tickets also include a Parade of Homes ticket.

Tickets will be available for pick-up Sept. 2-11 at the HBA office at 10001 W. Clearwater Ave., Kennewick.
