Cindy and Brian Goulet have opened a new modern Mexican restaurant at Columbia Point in Richland.

Perch Cantina, 592 Columbia Point Drive, is located near its sister restaurant, LuLu Craft Bar + Kitchen.

The eatery blends Arizona vibes with the farm-to-table roots of its owners. The Goulets have been in the Tri-Cities restaurant business for more than three decades, beginning with Florentyna’s Restaurant.

In addition to LuLu, the couple also own 3 Eyed Fish Kitchen + Bar in Richland.

The 5,500-square-foot Perch Cantina has 150 seats inside and 150 seats outside.

Perch’s year-round patio has heaters and misters, as well as an elevated sky deck with a view of the Columbia River.

The restaurant was completed May 8.

Chervenell Construction of Kennewick is the general contractor.

Bringing Perch to life has been a family affair for the Goulets, with son Macoy Goulet serving as project manager for Chervenell, and daughter Paige Jordan overseeing the opening.

Paul Robinson, a longtime key team member and director of operations, managed the kitchen build-out and helped create the menu, just as he did for LuLu in 2016.

Perch’s general manager is Roberto Rosales.

HDG Architects Spokane is the architect.
