Looking to learn more about Richland’s grant and funding programs? The city is hosting an informational open house on available funding opportunities on June 24.

The event is aimed at interested businesses, nonprofits, community groups, event organizers and more. It’s set to take place 5-6:30 p.m. June 24 at the Richland Public Library, 955 Northgate Drive.

Attendees will get information about funding opportunities that support local businesses, tourism promotion, community services, recreation and economic development throughout the city. City staff will be on hand to answer any questions about eligibility, application timelines and what makes a strong application.

Highlighted programs include the city’s Business License Reserve Fund, Commercial Façade Improvement Program, Community Development Block Grant Program, Lodging Tax Grant Program and Parks Partnership Program.

Applications for the various programs will be open between July and October 2026.
