A group of men and women from the Tri-Cities arrange and perform the military rites – such as the rifle salute and the folding of the flag – that play out during the funerals of local veterans.
As a part of the Inland Northwest Musicians' 25th anniversary season, Tri-Citians can attend a concert in Richland featuring four Young Artists Competition winners including three from the Tri-Cities on April 27.
