2026 KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Cynthia Donahue

Cyndi Donahue is living her purpose to connect people with themselves and others for the betterment of our community. She is a three-time DisruptHR speaker who provides workshops and keynotes on authenticity and purpose, adaptive leadership, confident public speaking, and positive communication as the founder of Amplifying Leadership.

She is the director of Leadership Training & Development for Gonzaga University’s School of Leadership Studies, where she earned her master’s degree in organizational leadership.

In 2021, Cyndi launched the successful Amplifying Women’s Voices series to increase workplace equity and provide professional development opportunities.

Cyndi serves on the Spokane Journal of Business Women in Leadership Committee, Leadership Spokane Alumni Committee, and Forward Fairchild Committee as an emeritus honorary commander. She was named a 2026 Spokane Journal of Business Influencer.
