Up to four new tenant spaces are available for lease in the remaining square footage, which is behind McDonald’s on Steptoe Street at 8804 W. Victoria Ave.

Rent has been set at $2,495 per month.

The building consists of a pre-engineered metal shell with decorative rock accents and awnings.

Jason Zook, owner of Smile-A-Mile Painting, served as the general contractor on the project.

The cost of the project was about $1.3 million.
