JJA Properties LLC, a real estate investment firm, has completed two 9,600-square-foot light industrial buildings with office space at 2478 & 2494 Henderson Loop in Richland’s Horn Rapids Industrial Park.

The $800,000 project includes 8,100 square feet of shop space and 1,500 square feet of office space. It can be divided in half if necessary. The one-acre site is fenced.

Asking rent is 65 cents a square foot for warehouse space and $1.15 for office. Construction wrapped up in September.

The new addition fills a need for light industrial space and can provide potential retail space at Horn Rapids.

CRF Metal Works LLC designed the project, which was managed by Adam Hall.
