The new Thrivent Financial building at 11257 W. Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick will be complete by the end of December.

C2 Management Group LLC, a Thrivent Financial franchisee owned by Andy and Michelle Clary, CFP, CLU, ChFC, is building the new 5,800-sq.-ft. office.

G2 Construction is the general contractor on the $1.5 million construction project. Brad Boler is the project manager and Joe Christensen is the superintendent.

Financial will be the main tenant in the single-story office, occupying two-thirds of the building. It will have a reception area, three conference rooms, a video conference room, a break room for employees and a large “trading floor” in the center with several employee work stations. The financial services company has seen an expansion of clients, especially those who need a broader ranger of services, like estate and legacy planning, which required more staff and space.

The office includes a large training room with stadium seating for up to 25 people, as well as a reception area and conference room. The space will be available for professionals, charitable organizations and groups that need professional and high-tech education space beyond the scope of their day-to-day needs.
