Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.) Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.  

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911. 

 

Monday, Feb. 5: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, broccoli, yogurt and berries. 

Tuesday, Feb. 6: Dijon chicken, sweet potato mash, seasoned beets.

Wednesday, Feb. 7: Sweet and sour pork, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables. 

Thursday, Feb. 8: Turkey tetrazzini, green beans, tossed salad, berry crisp.

Friday, Feb. 9: Hamburger, baked beans, apple cabbage slaw, lettuce, tomato, onion.

Monday, Feb. 12: Chicken pot pie, green peas, tossed salad.

Tuesday, Feb. 13: Beef stroganoff, garlic noodles, green beans.

Wednesday, Feb. 14: Breaded chicken sandwich and fixings, corn chowder, broccoli salad.

Thursday, Feb. 15: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, Feb. 16: Scrambled eggs with peppers, sausage patty, chuck wagon potatoes, bran muffin.

Tuesday, Feb. 20: Apple pork chop, mashed sweet potatoes, garden vegetables.

Wednesday, Feb. 21: Chili, mixed vegetables, cornbread.

Thursday, Feb. 22: Chicken and rice casserole, broccoli.

Friday, Feb. 23: Tuna noodle casserole, Lyonnaise carrots.

Monday, Feb. 26: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, garden vegetables, cookie.

Tuesday, Feb. 27: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, peas and onions.

Wednesday, Feb. 28: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad.

Thursday, Feb. 29: Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw.

---Richland Community Center, 500 Amon Park Drive. 

---Benton City Desert Rose Complex, 510 14th St.  

---Pasco First Avenue Center, 505 N. First Ave. 

---Pasco Ray Pfleuger Center, 253 W. Margaret St. 

---Prosser Community Center, 1231 Dudley Ave. 

---Connell Community Center, 211 E. Elm St. 

---Meals on Wheels Cafe, 1834 Fowler St., Richland. No reservations required at this site.
