The Auto Lot has completed a new building at 3809 Plaza Way in the Southridge area of Kennewick.

The $4.9 million project includes a 4,200-square-foot facility on four acres. The dog-friendly business includes a whole-lot sound system.

Auto Lot has 150 different vehicles and 50 lenders to choose from. It said its goal is to sell 100 vehicles a month.

Owner Sergio Alvarez operated Alvarez Auto Sales at 5225 W. Canal Drive in Kennewick for more than a decade before opening The Auto Lot.

The Auto Lot's grand opening is March 23 with free food, drinks and a kids area.
