Ford Group LLC recently completed construction on a 13,400 square-foot building consisting of an office/showroom and warehouse space at 400 S. Steptoe St., Kennewick.

The FG2 building, completed Feb. 23, is constructed of prefabricated metal, block and stucco, with an electric dock leveler. The building consists of office and warehouse space for two tenants, which will provide wholesale and retail services. The building is 100% leased.

The tenants are National Fire Supply and Northwest Power Equipment, home of Stihl and Cub Cadet.

The total project cost was $3 million, including land.

Hummel Construction and Development, Richland is the general contractor.

DKEI Architectural Services of Richland is the architect.
