Each unit in the 28-unit development has the same floor plan: 1,449 finished square feet, two stories, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, one-car garage, a dedicated two-car driveway and a semi-private backyard.

There is extra shared parking and landscaped areas.

The project cost $8 million and was completed in March 2024.

Rent prices are $2,300 to $2,400 per month.

Urban Range is the general contractor.
