McCurley Subaru has expanded its number of express service stalls at 9620 Sandifur Parkway in Pasco.

The 8,300-square-foot addition brings the number of express stalls from two to six and includes a dedicated express service drive, allowing for an improved customer experience.

The addition is a single-story concrete tilt-up structure with steel joist and metal decking. The tilt-up panels were chosen for their durability.

The project cost over $1 million and was completed in October 2024.

Mountain States Construction is the general contractor.

Meier Architecture and Engineering is the architect.
