The Burns Korners Gas Station is now open at 10002 Burns Road, Pasco.

The 4,229-square-foot gas station and convenience store cost $4 million, not including the land, and was completed March 14.

The general contractor is Banlin Construction.

The designer is Baker Architecture.

TSK 2019 LLC is the owner.
