ICCU’s new branch in Kennewick is its first location in the Tri-Cities and will serve as a regional hub for community engagement and business services.
It is located in the Southridge development at 3720 S. Zintel Way on the east side of Highway 395, near the Trios Southridge Hospital and Southridge Sports Complex.
The Kennewick branch is part of the credit union’s broader strategy to serve members in Washington and aligns with ICCU’s goal to build a strong regional presence and bring exceptional financial services to new communities.
The 4,895-square-foot building includes drive-thru windows and ATM lane, six teller stations, offices and a full-size vault.

The building’s modern design features mixed stone and siding exterior. It has nine parking spaces with electric vehicle charging stations as required by the state.
The branch opened to members Nov. 4.
Chervenell Construction of Kennewick is the general contractor.
Lombard Conrad Architects of Boise is the architect.
