Englewood Plaza has been completed at the corner of Englewood Drive and Keene Road in Richland.
The 8,900-square-foot, one-story retail building features four commercial spaces and was developed with pet services in mind. Shannon’s Grooming serves as the anchor tenant, with additional space dedicated to dog training and a planned indoor doggy day camp.
Shannon’s Grooming, founded in 2018, has grown from a single grooming business into three locations serving pet owners throughout the Tri-Cities. The new south Richland location marks the company’s third salon.
The new facility offers full-service dog grooming, cat grooming, a self-service dog wash and nail trim memberships. The business also has expanded into dog training, offering group classes, private training sessions and training-assisted grooming for dogs who need additional support during the grooming process.

The developers selected the site after pursuing the property for about five years because of its location next to Paws-abilities Place, a dog park, creating what they believed was an ideal setting to expand pet services in the Tri-Cities.
Plans also include an additional 2,200 square feet that will be built out as a climate-controlled dog training facility and structured doggy day camp focused on supervised play, enrichment, training and socialization.
The project was developed by Matthew Croskrey, Nathan Croskrey and Chad Leinback. Their long-term plan is to lease the remaining spaces before selling the property.
The project was completed in May 2026.
NW Construction Services served as the general contractor.
The building was designed by Ed Luebben.
