Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Meals are free for seniors age 60 and older. 

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911.

Wednesday, Sept. 2: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, country vegetables, three bean salad.

Thursday, Sept. 3: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad.

Friday, Sept. 4: Beef tacos, rice and beans, salsa and sour cream.

Monday, Sept. 7: Closed for Labor Day.

Tuesday, Sept. 8: Apple pork bites, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, Sept. 9: Teriyaki chicken, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables.

Thursday, Sept. 10: Cheese and beef pasta, green beans, tossed salad.

Friday, Sept. 11: Chicken salad sandwich, pea and cheese salad.

Monday, Sept. 14: Barbecue chicken, roasted carrots, potato salad, cornbread.

Tuesday, Sept. 15: Beef stroganoff, garlic noodles, greens beans.

Wednesday, Sept. 16: Chef salad, ranch dressing, wheat roll, pineapple.

Thursday, Sept. 17: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, Sept. 18: Chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, black beans, Mexican coleslaw.

Monday, Sept. 21: Turkey tetrazzini, green peas, tossed salad.

Tuesday, Sept. 22: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, garden vegetables.

Wednesday, Sept. 23: Sloppy Joes, mixed vegetables, coleslaw.

Thursday, Sept. 24: Closed.

Friday, Sept. 25: Tuna pasta salad, broccoli salad, crackers.

Monday, Sept. 28: Spaghetti and meat sauce, green beans, breadstick.

Tuesday, Sept. 29: Baked cod with dill sauce, herbed potatoes, squash medley.

Wednesday, Sept. 30: Chicken chop salad, salad greens, carrot sticks.

Prosser Senior Center, 1231 Dudley Ave.

Meals on Wheels Cafe, 1834 Fowler St., Richland. No reservations required at this site.
