Broadmoor Commercial Center LLC has constructed two flex-space buildings on Road 92 in Pasco.

The buildings can accommodate up to six suites each, with a storefront, large roll-up doors in back. Half the spaces can accommodate two stories.

The buildings at 5710 and 5820 Road 92 have sprinkler systems, all-metal exteriors, colorful storefronts and large protective canopies.

The project cost $5.5 million, not including the land, which was already owned. The project was financed through Community First Bank.

Leases start at $12.50 per square foot per year and up, depending on tenant improvements needed and use of the space.

The buildings were completed in February.
