The clinic at 4100 Keene Road is neighbors with Kadlec’s existing West Richland clinic. At 14,765 square feet in size, the one-story building contains 31 exam rooms along with multiple consult rooms, provider offices, support spaces and workstations. The building was intended to support 10 new primary care providers serving around 1,500 to 2,000 patients each for a total of 15,000 to 20,000 patients, the Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business reported in April 2025.
The Candy Mountain facility is Kadlec’s first new clinic to open since its west Kennewick clinic opened in 2016.
The West Richland project cost $10.7 million to build, with Bouten Construction as the general contractor and TGB Architects as the architect.
A ribbon cutting and tours will be held at 10 a.m. June 2.
