Know of a business that has gone above and beyond to make visitors feel welcome in the Tri-Cities? Time is running out to shine the spotlight on them.

Visit Tri-Cities is seeking nominations for its 2026 Excellence in Service Award for tourism-related businesses. Nominations are due by Sept. 7.

This year’s recipient will be formally recognized at the Visit Tri-Cities Annual Meeting and Tourism Showcase in December and will receive a $500 gift card provided by award sponsor Battelle. The recipient also will receive recognition through SkyNAV, an interactive digital platform that uses immersive virtual experiences to showcase destinations, attractions and businesses to potential visitors.

“Exceptional service can shape how someone remembers an entire visit to the Tri-Cities,” said Riley Osborn, Destination Development Manager at Visit Tri-Cities. “This award gives us an opportunity to recognize the businesses and teams who consistently create positive experiences for our visitors.”
