The 2025 Parade of Homes builders earned awards recognizing everything from best exterior appeal to best interior decorating. Chefs also were recognized as part of the companion Chefs on Parade event.

The annual Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities event ran Sept. 6, 7, 13 and 14.

The Judge’s Choice Awards were announced Sept. 5 in multiple categories and were determined by industry professionals from outside the Tri-Cities.

The People’s Choice awards were announced Oct. 15 at HBA’s general membership meeting.

The Banner Bank Best in Parade Award went to Prodigy Homes for the second year in a row.

The Best Chef on Parade Award went to Steven Carbajo of Tsunami Catering in Kennewick. Megan and Jason Savely of Frost Me Sweet Bakery & Bistro in Richland were voted the People’s Favorite Chefs on Parade.
