A Pasco food truck plaza is for sale less than a year after opening.

Summer’s Hub of Pasco, sister food park to the popular Summer’s Hub of Kennewick, opened in November 2025 at 6120 Burden Blvd., near the HAPO Center and Gesa Stadium in Pasco. It was built with room for 26 different food trucks in addition to the business’s signature permanent restaurant, Brady’s Brats and Burgers, and hosts a variety of events on a regular basis.

Owner Chris Corbin is letting go of the Pasco hub as part of business restructuring, he told the Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business. It’s not related to the Kennewick hub, which is still going strong, he said.

The Pasco food truck plaza was first listed for sale in late July, according to LoopNet, and it’s currently listed at $3.45 million – a drop from its original price.

The property is listed by SVN Retter & Co., and Senior Advisor Rob Ellsworth is the real estate agent.

“I think it’s got a lot of great things going for it,” Corbin said. Though it’s not been as busy as the Kennewick hub, it’s in a key location to draw crowds from Dust Devils games, HAPO Center events, or nearby soccer games.

“I want someone to take it over who has the same vision that I had and have,” he said, but it’s not yet clear what the future of the food truck hub will be. Corbin said there could be lots of great options, from a venue for weddings or retirement parties to a brewery.

So far, there has been some interest in the property, he said, but nothing has panned out just yet.

Until the hub sells, it remains open, with nine different food trucks operating on various schedules and Brady’s open every day.

“We’re going to keep chugging along until we can’t,” Corbin said.

“We’re still there, and we’re still serving the community, so come visit,” he said, noting that there are several upcoming events planned.
