Construction has been completed on The Falls, a 133,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the Southridge area of Kennewick.

The owners of Badger Heights Plaza recently completed the first phase of a new 10,638-square-foot building at 5069 Ava Way in Richland, offering modern, customizable retail space designed to meet the standards of national brands, boutique retailers and luxury businesses.

The PC recently completed a 170,000-square-foot expansion at 1350 N. Grant St. in Kennewick to grow its medical, regenerative and diagnostic services and improve the fitness facilities.

A $180 million expansion of a key piece of Pasco’s food processing infrastructure is coming online and will deliver even more returns to the community. 

The nationwide labor market and wages are continuing their upward trend, and the construction industry is playing a big role.

An online real estate listing for the building indicates a price of $3 million along with a monthly land lease to the Port of Kennewick.

Some of the 18 housing bills Republicans have backed are moving through the legislative process. Others will likely be dead by the end of this week when the first major deadline for bills to pass out of committee comes. 

Despite the dismissal, building industry advocates see the ruling as showing another pathway to ensure the state updates its building codes.

The commercial builder, which maintains offices in Kennewick, was among several construction companies recognized in the annual awards of the Inland Northwest chapter of the Association of General Contractors.
